Thanks to everyone who purchased a Mac or iPhone application as part of Indie+Relief. With your help, nearly 150 software developers donated all of their proceeds for January 20 to a Haiti relief charity.
Indie+Relief is now reporting that the total amount raised was $143,872.
I feel truly blessed and humbled to be part of a community that so quickly and strongly bands together in times of need.
A very special thanks to SecondGear Software and Garrett Murray for organizing the event and putting together a great site in such a short time.
If you didn’t get a chance to participate in Indie+Releif, Haiti could still use your help. Please consider making your own donation.
100% of LicenseKeeper sales on January 20th, 2010 will be donated to Doctors without Borders to help the people of Haiti through their time of crisis.
You can see all 145 Mac and iPhone developers that are donating their sales to help too.
If you don’t need any software, please consider helping in some other way.
